Premium Features Purchase Not Working

I purchased premium features on this account through the Apple app store, but when I log into the app on my Ipad, I am not able to access the premium features. Is there any way I can get this to work?

Our system tells me you have two different accounts based on your one educational email address.  There is an active Lightroom subscription under the "Personal" option you should see if you sign out and then sign back in.  Do not select business/enterprise when signing in, as that is technically a different account which has no Lightroom subscription as far as I can tell.

Try to sign out and back in with the very same Adobe ID on both devices.

AFAIK, it may take some time for the information to propagate from Apple to Adobe.

I've tried signing out and back in using the same Adobe ID over the course of the past few days, but it still doesn't seem to be working. I am also trying to access the premium features on the same device, the subscription was purchased on (the premium features were purchased on my Ipad and I am trying to access them on the same Ipad).
