Premium formula not in plan / upgrade 20GB to 1TB

Question

Hello, I have a Premium subscription but it does not appear in my subscription plan via my Adobe account. I need to access it in order to update from the 20 GB formula to the 1TB formula in the context of switching from one iPhone to another (without losing my presets). Can anyone help ?

Hey, @barbora_6837. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the Community and couldn't find an active subscription for Lightroom.

Please check if you've signed in to the Manage Plan page using a different email account than the one you used to log in to Community. We can help you find the correct account.
