Premium functies komen niet vrij op lightroomapp

In mijn lightroom app lukt het me niet de premium functies vrij te krijgen. De optie om in je account te resetten wordt bij mij niet gegeven? Iemand enig idee hoe ik dit kan oplossen?

Hey, @helpful_Lark5FC9. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in with, and you currently have an active subscription. 

 

What version of Android are you working on? Please share screenshots. Try signing out and signing in again using the email account used for Community instead of the social sign-on(Google/Facebook) options.

Ik heb uitgelogd en opnieuw ingelogd via adobe.
Helaas zijn mijn Premium functies nog steeds niet ontgrendeld.
Ik heb een Google pixel Pro 6 die werkt op Android 15 en een tablet Galaxy
A9 sm-x210 die werkt op Android 13.
Ik heb beide apparaten daarna opnieuw opgestart maar helaas zonder
resultaat.
Ik weet nu even niet hoe ik het moet oplossen.
Als je nog een tip hebt heel graag 🙏.
