Premium funktionen nicht verfügbar

Hey ich hab so ein Problem mit Lightroom mobile auf meine Androit. Ich kann seit längerer Zeit nichtmehr die Premiumversion nutzen obwohl das Abo noch bis mitte 2024 läuft... sehr nervig!

    I see a valid Photography 20 GB plan for email address you used to post for help.  Please try signing out and then sign back in with the same email you used to post for help on these forums.  If you still don't see your Lightroom Premium service working, please contact Adobe Support directly.  Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    ...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT

    Ich habe genau das selbe Problem ich kann nicht auf meine Premiumfunktionen zugreifen und es wird immer Abonnement abgelaufen angezeigt
