Premium licence for mobile not working

I bought a premium licence, starting with a 2 months trial period (from galaxy store). After starting lr the premium features remained blocked. When I want to buy a licence again I get a error saying: licence already bought. I am logged with right Login for sure. In Galaxy Store the subscription is valid. Please help resolving the issue.

I've checked the account you're signed into the community with, but I could not find an active subscription in your account. If you've been charged to your bank account, check this page for help with managing your subscription: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-samsung-galaxy-store.html

Hi. Unfortunately this doesn't help. When I tap "upgrade now" the error occurs. It says: "purchase finalization error. Already bought. And the error code:IS9224/6050/KBSIMFPLZP". In Galaxy Store the subscription is valid.
