Premium Subscription not working

I’ve paid for the CC Photography plan yearly subscription (and have receipt) but premium functionality is still not available when I open lightroom on my macbook, phone or ipad. Have tried restoring purchases, logging out/in etc and uninstalling and reinstalling.
