Premium subscription not working on iPhone

I have purchased the premium subscription but it's not working on my iPhone ? What shall I do?

Did I get it right that you have a Acrobat Premium -subscription running but not the Lr Mobile subscription? I was just looking at the serverside for the Adobe-id which you use for this forum --Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

Hi there,

As you have purchased the premium subscription, could you try signing out of the Lightroom app and then sign back in using your correct ID and see if it helps?
