If i am. Buying premium in my mobile will that also support in my laptop?
No, it does not. A subscription for Lightroom on your computer does include Lightroom Mobile, so you do not have to get two subscriptions, but the opposite is not true. The premium mobile subscription does not cover the desktop products.
