Preparing for cloud storage

Question

Since updating to the latest version, on Android, I've been encountering issues with the app. It gets stuck at "Preparing your cloud storage," failing to complete the process and sync properly. Additionally, whenever I restart the app, photos and presets vanish, forcing me to start from scratch each time.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these frustrating problems?

Please share more details, like the version of Lightroom, Android OS details, screenshots & video recordings of what you see. Have you allowed all the required permissions for Lightroom?

Is there any cache/clean-up assistant set up on the device? As a test, try using a different internet connection and check if that helps.
