Preset issues

I need help, if anyone can help me please let me know and I greatly appreciate it. 

I had a lightroom account and had influencers presets i used successfully on it. Well i got locked out of my google email i used for it all and google couldnt help me get my password. So long story short, i created a new lightroom account with a new google email and redownloaded old presets and bought new and followed instructions like a I did before. They will download, but i cannot use them. The only presets i am able to use now are the default ones already on the lightroom app it comes with. Im very aggravated as I have tried and tried to get them to work but nothing works. If anyone can help me id greatly appreciate it! Thank you
