Preset not importing

Hi, 

 

I'm having trouble installing a preset. It came as part of a selection, but there is just one that won't load in. 

When I go to import it says "1 preset imported" but it doesn't appear in the list. 

Any help would be great!

 

I'm on standard lightroom, on Windows version 8.3.1 and have tried restarting.

Could you let me know how you're importing the presets? Also, what file type are they in, and does the file name happen to include any special characters? 

That info will help me better understand what might be going on. Looking forward to your reply!
