Hi, I'm completely new to this and all I want to do is to enhance a photo I have of my son. I thought I just had to click on the preset and it would improve the photo but I just get a message saying "no mask in the preset found". I've searched around the help menu but am not sure what im doing wrong. Help please!

Hi @tracy_1968,

Thanks for the update. It looks like your last reply came directly through Apple Mail. To help us troubleshoot properly, please log in to the community directly and reply from there. That is the only way to attach a screenshot of what you see in Lightroom when you try to apply the preset.

Also, please share the details Srishti asked for earlier:
 • Which version of iPadOS are you using & iPad model and generation?
 • Which version of Lightroom do you have installed (for example, the Latest Lightroom iPad version is 10.5)?
 • The name of the preset you are trying to apply.

Once we have this information and a screenshot, we can guide you step by step.

Best,

Hi @tracy_1968,

Thanks for reaching out! I’ll help you figure this out. Could you please share a few more details, like:

  • Which version of iOS and Lightroom are you using?

  • Which specific preset you’re trying to apply?

The “no mask in the preset found” message usually means the preset is a mask-based preset, so Lightroom is looking for a saved selection area to apply it to. Once I know the version and preset, I can guide you step-by-step to make it work.

Regards,

Srishti
