Hola, quiero crear mi propio preset y se me exzporta en xmp, no con la extencion de Lightroom Preset como otro que he comprado, como hago para exportarlos en esa extension?

I assume you are using Lightroom-Classic.

Presets in Lightroom versions before v7.3 were in .LRTEMPLATE format.

Lightroom-Classic versions AFTER v7.2 are as .XMP format and cannot export or save as .lrtemplate.

If you want .lrtemplate presets you can only use 'old' versions of Lightroom, or try to find a converter that may change .xmp to .lrtemplate.
