I had bought a bunch of presets and my phone shattered and they are not showing up on my new one. How do I get back what I had purchased?

Or download them again from your supplier where you purchased.

Do you have still an iOS backup available from you previous iPhone? If so, you could create your new phone from this backup and the Lr data should be transfered. Hope this helps, Guido
