Presets

Question

Hello! I am just activating a new iPhone and am trying to sync over 50 presets I had bought and for whatever reason, it synced my account, but not my presets. How do I get them onto this device?

From your wording, I'm not clear if you are having trouble seeing your synced presets in a paid Lightroom subscription account, or if you having trouble importing presets from a 3rd party..

If you are a user of the free app, photos and presets do not sync across devices -- you will need to re-import presets into your free account on each device. Lightroom syncs across devices only for subscribed accounts. Perhaps you could restore a backup of your old phone with presets onto your new device, to save some time/effort?
