Hello,

 

all my presets have been deleted after the program froze, along with my photos. I had the photos saved to my Camara roll, but how to I get my presets back? Thanks

Are you using the free version of LrM, or the subscription version? And was the LrM app deleted and then re-installed?

the free app froze so I needed to delete and re add

That's a problem then, as deleting the app means all its contents (photos and presets) are also deleted. And because it was the free app, none of that content would have been synced and backed up to the Adobe cloud. So your only hope of getting them back is if you had an iPhone backup taken before the LrM app was deleted, either to a desktop computer or to iCloud. Do you have such a backup?
