Presets all disappearing

Question

Why are you guys taking away my accumulated presets (more than 300 presets) this is the second time.

I subscribe everytime, this is really frustrating

I logged out of my account and logged in but my preset never came back

Please why

Presets can be lost in the following situations:

1. You are not subscribed and you uninstall the app
2, You were subscribed but did not sync the presets and you uninstalled the app

3. You were subscribed and did sync but then let your account expire and lie fallow for a long period of time and then uninstalled the app.

There are other scenarios but looking at your account online it looksl ike one of those was likely.
