Presets and images missing from new phone on Lightroom app

Sorry that your Lightroom mobile presets are missing from the Lightroom mobile app on your new device.

Please note that if you're using a free Lightroom app version, your data does not get synced to cloud storage and it rely on local storage only. So, your existing photos and presets will not be there on the new device because they were not synced to cloud storage.

Do you use the free version of Lightroom Mobile? If so, then your presets (and images) are stored locally on the phone. The only way to get them into the new phone is to either upload them again, or to restore the new phone with a backup of the old phone.
