Presets and pictures lost

This morning when I opened my lightroom

mobile app a screen appeared that had me change my password... I did and then everything I had disappeared. I have probably 30+ presets that I've bought over the years all completely gone. All the pictures in the library completely gone! What do I do? How can I get my presets back?
