Presets are missing

I got a new phone and went to login to my lightroom, and when I did all of my presets are gone and so are all of my photos but it's under the correct email I used before?

Do you have a paid subscription, or a 'Free' version?

With the 'Free' version you would need to recover images and presets from a phone backup-

If a paid subscription version- Did you use the same email and ID to login?
