Presets de lightroom

Hola necesito ayuda. Me robaron el celular y al acceder no me salen mis presets creados. Antes tenía otro celular y cuando ingrese con mi cuenta si me salían los presets. Tampoco me sale la opción de copiar los ajustes de edición de una captura de pantalla

If you have a subscription plan, then your presets should have have synced to the Cloud.

Assuming you are using Lightroom Mobile (the thread tag says Windows) then if you were using the free version, you would only be able to get your presets from a full device back up.
