Presets didn’t transfer

When I got a new iPhone and logged onto The Light Room app none of my presets transferred over? Any idea how to get them back since they were ones I paid for? I can't find the original email from the purchase. Thanks!

I guess you had the free version of Lr running on you previous phone, right? With that none of the data is synced or backed-up. That said the best way to transfer is to sync the data e.g. via a 7 days trial or you setup you new iPhone from a back-up which you have created from your previous phone. With that all data would be preserved. Hope this helps - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
