Presets disappeared

Hi,

A while ago I posted a question here and unfortunately the issue is still unsolved. I lost all (hundreds) of my presets in the lightroom mobile app. Also cannot see them on my computer. I've tried resetting, restarting, etc etc but am out of options now. Is there a way of getting them back or do I have to reinstall every single preset all over again?
