Presets Disappeared

I am new to lightroom. I'm using lightroom mobile. All of presets have suddenly disappeared. I've deleted the app, redownloaded the app and signed out and in. Here is part of my questions, once a preset has been created, do you have to keep the dng file in your library? If not, are there other suggestions on getting all the presets back?
