Presets Disappeared when Phone was Stolen

My iPhone was stolen (iCloud was not backing up) and when I got my new phone, all of my presets have disappeared. I tried logging in with all 4 options (Facebook, Google, Apple, and Adobe) but none of my data is on any of these accounts. Any ideas how to recover my presets? I don't even care about the photos saved to the account.

iCloud wouldn’t back up anything within Lightroom, did you have a Photography Plan or was it the free app?

You could try to check at http://lightroom.adobe.com if you had an Adobe account.
