Presets gone after update 2022

Even though I have a subscription and my app says it is synced, all of my previously uploaded presets are gone. Are there any solutions available to recover them or do I need to find a way to try to re-upload everything?

Hi @Plannerpro 

I see you are a subscriber, and it doesn't appear like this is a case of mistakenly signing into the wrong account.  I can't reproduce any trouble access my presets or saving new ones.

The Presets menu did change a few releases ago.  Is it possible the user interface changed since you last used the app?  If you go to Presets, do you see "Yours" next to the Premium presets tab?  And under Yours, you should see User Presets?  Is that where you are already looking?

If this is not a misunderstanding about recent UI changes, let me ask, if you sign into your same account using a web browser at lightroom.adobe.com, do you see you personal presets there?  If so, maybe some corruption happened on your local device.  I would then advise you to make a backup of your device, and then try re-installing the LR app.
