PRESETS HIDDEN?

Hi guys! 

So I'm new on this but I kinda know how to use lightroom. But when I downloaded them on my PC it opened me the Mobile Version but i can't find the presets that i have on my phone on my computer version... does someone know where my presets are in PC version? and does somebody know how to add new presets from my phone to the Lightroom Classic one?
