Presets missing

Attempting to upload pics, I got a message saying my Macintosh disc is full and I need space. I go to manage. My Lightroom folder is taking up over 210GB of space. I am ready for pictures to be deleted so I deleted everything within Lightroom CC. It still shows my disc is full. I click to delete from the Trash folder. Now when I log into Lightroom CC my presets are gone. I'm assuming they were deleted when I deleted my photo library? Is there a way to restore them?

I believe it needed time to sync after deleting so much. I left a while and logged back into Lightroom CC. The presets are back in my preset folder and working. WooHoo!
