Presets Not Applying

I'm using Lightroom mobile on my iPhone 11. I have purchased multiple presets and follow the instructions to add them to LR. When I apply a preset to a photo, nothing happens. There's no change to the photo. I've tried different presets and different photos, all the same. Please help!

We have just released a version 6.2.1 with a fix. Since this was an import issue you need to re-import the dngs ---Let us know if its working for you now...and sorry for the trouble - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

Me too! This is. Wet frustrating! Apparently the new update (6.2) doesn't allow iOS users to import dng files. Android is apparently still able to though. I really hope they fix this soon...
