Presets not available

Hey guys, I had lightroom and a bunch of presets downloaded on my Galaxy S9. I've recently bought an Galaxy S20 Ultra (this may be the problem?) But importing presets isn't even an option and I cannot for the life of me figure out why.

I downloaded the dng preset file but it's not saving in downloads on the phone and I cannot find it through the upload option in lightroom. Does this just mean the phone isn't compatible?
