Presets not saving in mobile light room app

I have purchased an Adventure Preset package from Brad Matthews and have followed all the instructions of saving his images and saving his presets in a specific preset folder named, "Brad Matthews." When I teybto apply presets to a new image, only the standard presets are there. No Brad Matthews file, no saved presets. I've done this ten times to no avail!

Where are the custom presets?

where do I find the preset folder I created?
