Presets Not Showing in 2021 or Editing Tools

I downloaded an update on Adobe for Photoshop and now my presets and Editing Tools are gone,  Did I click on something to hide them. I cannot find where they are located.  I also backed up my lightroom last night and discovered today it's gone (Presets & Editing Tools) How do I get them back!
