Presets not transfering

I have used Lr mobile for years and have bought presets over time. I recently just bought a ipad and downloaded Lr onto it and my user presets did not transfer with it? Does anyone know how to fix and/or know why this is happening?

If you were using the free version, you need to understand that all the data that you used on the original device is only stored locally on that device, so the only way to get that content to the iPad would be to do a backup of the old device and use the backup to restore the LrMobile app to the iPad.

 

If you are a subscription user, your content should have been synced to the Adobe Cloud and should automatically download to the new iPad provided you logged into the same Creative Cloud account.
