Presets not working on some image in latest app

Hi. All of a sudden some of our presets (purchased and user made) don't work on some images. 

Yesterday was when it started after we purchased and synced some new presets.
it is inconsistent- DSLR and Mobile. Some images taken on the same day.

We have turned phone on and off, updated app (was happening on previous version so we updated).

They are working on the desktop and a second app install but that is an older version 5.2'ish 

Hoping Support can shed a light as it is very frustrating.
