Presets refresh every 60 seconds -- Help!

While editing, with the presets tab open it will continually reload the presets making editing a nightmare.  I have tried to manage the presets and uncheck ones that are not in use.  Ones loaded and used often are from reputable providers -- Wilde Presets, Luxe, Lightroom.   Anyone have a fix??
