Presets with profiles are not working for users

Hello! I have been making presets with the goal to sell. I have exported my presets solo and in a group. I had a few friends try tthem out, but only my BW and non-color presets worked. The only differnece is a profile attached. I even re-made a preset in camera raw and not lightroom classic and saved as a new preset. The same thing is happening. Can anyone help with this? I'm loosing my mind! Everything is updated, currently working on LRC v 11.2, camera raw 14.2, and LR 5.2. and work with Mac.

When you 'attach' a profile in a preset, the preset only tells Lightroom to apply that profile. That means the user must first have installed that profile.
