Preview and export issues

Question

I'm not sure what's going on. My thumb nails in gallery mode have all of my edits applied. When you expand the image all the edits disappear. Even when you toggle on and off the show original button. Same when you go to export. It will show the edited photo for a split second then revert to the un edited photo.

Which version of the application and Windows are you using? Can you please share a screenshot/ screen recording of what you see?
