Can you expand on what you mean and describe your workflow?

Whether you have a subscription with Cloud Storage or the free app, access to your photos is controlled by your personal Adobe ID login.

If you have Cloud Storage and wanted to share photos with others using a link, then you can either invite them by email to view the share OR generate a link that 'Anyone Can View'.

The 'Anyone Can View' link will be accessible to anyone you send this to.
A random member of the public could in theory guess this link ID, however this is very unlikely.
