Problem after upgrade LR

Good morning,
lightroom no longer works after upgrading to version 6.2. At startup it asks for cleaning but then always hangs at 67%. Anyone know how to fix? Thank you.

What is your Windows version? It would be great if you could record and send us the clip. 

Have you tried reinstalling the application? If you have not tried it yet, please do.
