Problem saving photos from shared album.

Question

Hello, about 3 weeks ago there was a problem with saving photos to a computer. In the mobile version of Lightroom, I create an album (800 photos) with shared access and permission to download. I follow the link and click on "save photo" in order to save the photos in one archive. It is uploaded to several megabytes and loaded, the archive is then corrupted and cannot be opened. Only one photo remains Please help to solve the problem.

Hi,

the account that you are contacting us with doesn't seem to be a entitled account, meaning it should not be possible for you to upload any images.

It would be very helpful if you could create a diagnostic log and send it to us.
1. Go to Settings
2. tap on Help & Support
3. do a long tap on Access our User forums
