Hello, I am a user of lightroom classic and lightroom cloud. My problem is the following:
when I want to import a photo from lightroom web which comes from lightroom classic and I want to do it in the original format, the following error appears
"Some images could not be exported to the desired dimensions because of a problem of access to the dimensions of the original images. (1)."
Please tell me how to solve this problem.
If possible, please answer me in French (I am a french user with a poor English)

Hi,

Do you mean you are trying to export from Lightroom Web (not import), as this is what the error message suggests.

If you are trying to export a file that was synced in a Collection from Lightroom Classic, then the issue is that photos are only synced in Collections from Classic as lower res Smart Previews and thus you cannot export the original size file from LrW.

If this is the case, then you'll need to import the full res file to Cloud. I'm not sure sure you can do this in LrW, but in Lightroom Desktop (if you have it installed), you can add the file there and it will replace the lower res Smart Preview in the Cloud.

Hi
Thank you for your answer. Now I can see a little more clearly (even if  your answer wasn't in French 😉). However, I have another question. How can I synchronize a photo on LRW from a collection on LWClassic with the original size? Thanks

Apologies, my French isn't très bien (I  imagine there should be a 'ne pas' somewhere!)

Anyway, Lr Classic collections can only ever sync low res Smart Previews to le Cloud. It isn't possible to sync full res files from Classic.
