Problem uploading to Lightroom CC cloud-home network crashes

I am trying to upload my 10,000 photos to the Creative Cloud. When I start the upload, access to the internet through my home network crashes. I am able to reboot the router, but it crashes each time I try to upload photos.

I'm working with the newest build of LightroomCC with 1TB of storage on the cloud. I'm accessing the internet through Comcast that usually runs 30-100mbs. The router is a Motorola Surfboard. The hard drive with the photos is connected directly to my MacBook Pro. I have 2 GB VRAM.

Any ideas?

Hi jfroschl,

Please check if there are any pending updates for Lightroom CC. Open Creative Cloud desktop app, go to installed apps and check if it shows you any updates available next to Lightroom CC.

Also, please try 1000 or 500 images in one upload into Lightroom CC and check if that works.

Regards,

Mohit

Mohit:

Thanks for your prompt response. I am using the most recent version of

LightroomCC; no updates available. I have tried to stop the 10,000+ photo

upload to try a smaller batch, but can't figure out how to stop the current

upload, Can you please tell me how to stop the upload, so I can start again

with a smaller batch. All I can seem to do is pause or restart the upload.

Thanks!

Jfroschl
