Problem using Lightroom

Hi, as you will see in the attached photos I have a problem with Lightroom. It does not allow me to edit and work with photos at all, showing me that my trial period has expired, given that I have the entire Adobe Creative Cloud package for one year under the student program of SoftUni Bulgaria. Clicking the Buy button indicates that I can work with the program and I am registered, but it does not work. I removed the program and installed it anew, but the problem remains. Please help and advice!
