Problem when importing photo in RAW

The colors are completely different. I've tried several import modes through Lightroom Mobile settings and doesn't work. When I try to import with other applications like snapseed it works perfectly with the colors being fully identified.

Someone can help me for God's love, I no longer know what to do. I think of canceling my premium account

When you work with RAW images in Lightroom by default, you're presented with an unprocessed image that may look dull at the beginning. However, this is actually how the RAW image is, and it's up to your creative vision to transform it into how you'd like it to appear.
