Problem with importing RW2 files from iOS

Hello. Before describing the bug, I would like to say that I tried 5 times to contact Adobe support about this issue, 2 times the technician closed the chat and it was impossible to open it again, the system always wrote "we are closed, try again later", but if I started a new chat on a new problem, employees immediately joined.

Once I managed to convince an employee to open a Case and add a description of the problem, but the next day I received an email that the Case was closed. I contacted support again, specified the case number, and was told that the description of the problem was unclear and advised to reinstall the application.

Case Number: ADB-31542297-B6F2

I have contacted Adobe about 2 issues and the result has always been the same. Adobe support is the worst support I have ever encountered in my life.

By the bug, it is very narrowly specific.

There is a technical problem in Lightroom Mobile when importing RAW photos from my camera (Panasonic S5 II, RW2 format). When importing from iPhone (both through "Files" and "Photos") files in Lightroom change the extension from "RW2" to "RAW", with "RW2" still part of the name. Such photos are displayed on the import device (iPhone) in full resolution, but after synchronization with the cloud, other devices often display only Smart Preview (although full synchronization is enabled in the settings). The first screenshot shows a photo imported from a PC or Android device. The photo has the correct extension "RW2", on the second screenshot the photo from the same camera with the same parameters imported from iPhone has the extension "RAW".

Also, I tried importing *.RAF (Fujifilm) photogarfies from iPhone and such photogarfies do not change the extension. That is, the problem only affects *.RW2 photos and only when imported from iOS.

The problem only affects RW2 files and only iOS files. I'm also attaching the RW2 file so you can try importing it into Lightroom on iOS and see if the file extension changes after importing.

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS17.0.3, 17.1, Lightroom 9.0.0 8AFC9B/112. Panasonic S5 II

Stepts to reproduce the problem: donwload RW2-file from the link above, import it to the Lightroom iOS, sync photot with the cloud, open the info, check that file extensions have been changed to "RAW".
