Problem with Lightroom after getting new iPhone 11

Help! I recently got a new iPhone 11 and now I can no longer edit on my mobile device. When I go to past the filter onto my new picture I can't even select "past option" does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I use Lightroom on my iPhone 11 and it works great. What do you mean by paste filter?

Did you click the three dots and choose copy settings on the first photo. Then switch to the second photo, click the three dots and choose paste settings.
