Hello!

My premium features unlockes same days and other days not, what should i do?

Hi @Fredrik5CD3 

I see no subscription of any kind for the Adobe ID you used to post for help here.  Are you trying to subscribe to Lightroom Mobile?  Did you subscribe using iOS or Android, or something else?  

 

If you have not tried yet, please follow the help on this page to try Restore Purchase:  https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html 

 

If this does not help, are there any error messages displayed, which could help us understand the problem?
