Problem with starting the Lightroom application

after installation, Lightroom does not turn on, it just tells me to log in, after logging in it says close the page but the next time I try it is the same, what can I do?

Hey, @Aleksander!. Welcome to the Lightroom Ecosystem. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I've reviewed your account used for community & could not find any active subscription.

 

Please share more details, like the version of Lightroom, operating system details and screenshots, or video recordings of what you see.

 

For now, try these steps:

In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.
- Windows - Press Windows + R to open the Run Window. 
- Type in %temp% and delete files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.
- Restart the computer
Sign in to Creative Cloud again and let me know if the error persists.
