Problem with the 60 day trial on Samsung

Hi,

I have the Lightroom for Samsung app and I would like to get the Premium subscription (with the 60 day free trial offered by Samsung) but when I try to pay I get an error code. I do not have any problem with that card normally.

I tried contacting Samsung customer service but it didn't help. Is there a way to solve this problem?

I'm using the Lightroom for Samsung app (v8.2.3)

Hello,

I've also had the same issue till last night. One thing I did was use a credit card instead of debit. I think Adobe takes payments through credit cards & Paypal, and not debit. See if that helps!
