problem with the downloading

we cant't download the lightroom program to our desktop computer.

we have an photographer pack, but we dont'n see the buttom of download, that is why we can't download that program. please give us some advice to solve this problem.

Installation and updates are achieved via the Create Cloud Desktop App.

Selecting the download button on this page should start that process....
